The 2012 Boneyard Arts Festival was last weekend. I was so excited to have my first art fair experience.

Not pictured, but definitely present that afternoon: a singer/guitar player with a neon green beard, some children happily making art while others poked at passers by with balloon art swords, the sounds of a youth orchestra drifting in from the other end of the mall, a toddler reaching from the stroller to touch the arctic octopus painting (pictured above) and cooing in delight, and, perhaps best of all: the scent of delicious homemade cookies, courtesy of the talented wife of one of the artists.
